The charitable objects of the society are to educate the public in the arts and sciences, and in particular the arts and sciences of music, by the presentation of opera and ballet by providing courses and other desirable activities.
The Charity is administered by a Management Committee, who are Trustees of the Charity, comprising:
The officers and committee members are elected by the members of the Society at the Annual General Meeting and hold office for one year but may be eligible for re-election thereafter.
